Sifernex (“we”, “us”) is an AI automation agency operated by Sridhanwanth Seetharaman. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use sifernex.com or engage our services. It is a practical template for a small agency and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
2. What data we collect
Contact form submissions: name, email, phone number, and message content you choose to send. Direct communications: information you share via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Lead data processed on behalf of clients: when we operate or support automation systems for clients (for example, lead qualification chats), we may process end-customer data such as names, phone numbers, chat messages, and qualification answers as a service provider to that client. Website technical data: standard server/hosting logs and, if analytics are added later, usage metrics.
3. How we use data
We use contact information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and deliver services. Client lead data is processed only to provide the agreed automation services for that client. We do not sell personal data. We may use anonymized or aggregated insights to improve our systems.
4. Third-party services
We may use third-party infrastructure and tools to operate the site and services, including hosting (for example, Vercel), AI APIs for automation features, messaging platforms (for example, WhatsApp Business / related providers), email delivery providers (if form submission is wired later), and analytics providers if added later. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Data retention
Inquiry data is retained as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record, or until you ask us to delete it where applicable. Client lead data retention follows the client’s instructions and the needs of the engagement, after which it is deleted or returned according to the engagement terms.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
